    San Ysidro was the location. It was the evening before “Thanksgiving” 2023. As I got off the bus and began to walk towards where my residence is which is Tijuana, Mexico something caught my attention. A group of strong powerful men speaking of things that I always find myself not being able to learn enough of! Things such as My ethnicity, as well as many topics I thirst to gain knowledge and understanding of were right there! I almost couldn’t believe my own senses of sight and hearing. I stayed until they wrapped it up. Although there were many ears and eyes around I was among two others that stopped and showed interest however I was the 1 person remaining until they departed. These powerful men I realize now as I go back to that encounter that these were Kings! These are kings. My thirst is ongoing and so my journey has begun. Wow.! We will cross paths again!
