Most societal ills which plaques the poor communitites like drugs,murders,broken homes,infant mortality are usually veiwed from the inside as a generational hole created by white supremacy to keep us down. But is that the absolute truth?

How can an outside hand work without inside help?

There's a dark element that has always worked within our communitites without us recognizing their harmful effects on the poor. Can they be identified? and if so, How can we work around this wicked element?
